As a public relations agency, we naturally have topics that we can identify with from the very first second. Because we particularly love excellent food and innovative concepts! Dhe new fine dining restaurant elmira in the old Löwenbräu Silo in Zurich celebrated its opening in 2022, which we were able to actively support with media work. We were able to track numerous media stories, media visits and interviews on their innovative concept of experiential cuisine - from national consumer media such as annabelle, 20 Minuten, Faces and Blick to regional media such as Züritipp and Seesicht. And let's not forget the media reports and reviews in specialist magazines such as Marmite, Falstaff and GastroJournal.
And because the results of the media work in 2022 were so pleasing, we were also able to support elmira with PR measures in 2023. We communicated the new features of their gastronomic concept and, through customized storytelling, once again generated media coverage in major media outlets such as 20 minutes and Marmite achieved.
