Only when the organizer has checked the registration and confirmed by e-mail that the participant's registration is binding does the seminar contract between the participant and the organizer come into effect. The seminar contract is subject to the condition subsequent that the minimum number of participants specified in the seminar catalog is reached.

The participant will be informed accordingly no later than 7 working days before the date of the event. The participant should only book his/her travel and accommodation after receiving this confirmation.
