The 2020 festival summer was canceled due to corona: no outdoor concerts and no dancing in the crowd. Nevertheless, when we arrived in July 2020 PR measures for a new type of festival, we were all the more delighted. Special times call for special ideas. That's what the agencies Red Spark and Rock-it Event during the corona situation. With the Sunrise Skylights Drive-In Openair they put together a festival in a very short space of time, the likes of which had never been seen before: For ten days, stars from Switzerland and Germany gave concerts that you could listen to from the safety of your own car. They relied on our extensive network and flexibility for the media and communication work surrounding the festival, which was taking place for the first time. The aim was to quickly and reliably generate media coverage and thus create awareness for the new festival. At the same time, it was important to explain the new concept to the public. We were able to place numerous reports in regional and national media and thus support ticket sales.
